When you submit an audit request, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business type, and any information you share about your business challenges. We use this solely to prepare and deliver your audit.

How we use it

Your data is used to: (1) respond to your audit request; (2) send you information about Swiftwork's services if you have requested it. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, consent (marketing communications).

How long we keep it

Audit enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at amir@swiftwork.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
